Q - How do I know which service to select?
A- Please read the description of the hair cut you require . Prices are based on the selected service time . For example if you require a buzz cut but select skin fade you will be charged for the 45 min slot not the 15 min slot . If you are still unsure about which service you require please contact us.
Q - I have not received my confirmation email.
A - Please make sure the information you provide is correct. Also please check any spam or junk folders.
Q - How do I cancel my appointment?
A - You may cancel your own appointment via this website upto 1 hour before you are due to attend. You will not be able to cancel your appointment within the 1 hour time frame.
Q - What if I miss my appointment?
A - If you miss an appointment 50% of the cost of your missed appointment will be added to your next appointment. During the Christmas period, missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the appointments value. Repeat missed appointments will lead to your account being suspended until the existing balance has been settled in full.
Q - Why was my appointment moved ?
A - As with many industries the hair and beauty industry are also currently struggling to recruit new staff. As a result you may be asked via email or phone to move your appointment. As a result please ensure the contact information you provide us is correct. The maximum amount of time an appointment will be moved will be 15 minutes either earlier or later from the original appointment time.
